#1 CONSULTATION
Fill out the farm information form. After your first installment, we will schedule a consultation to gather information about how you want your farm or ranch represented in your brand. This can take place in person, over Zoom, or over the phone. Whichever is best for you.
#2 LOGO DESIGN
After your consultation, we will begin designing a logo that will represent you to your community. You will receive three logo options with the opportunity to make up to two rounds of revisions to one. Once a logo has been approved and finalized, you will receive a catalog of files complete with color and black and white versions of the logo for your use, and all assets for digital marketing will be prepared. If you already have a logo, we will make sure that we have all the necessary files and create any that are lacking.
#3 BRANDING MATERIALS
We will work with you on the branding materials that are best for you. A quote will be provided for any necessary printing.
Apparel: Hats, shirts, vests, etc.
Signage: Farm Sign, Banner, Vehicle Sign, etc.
Networking: Business Cards, Flyers, Brochure, Mailers, etc.
Or anything else that you might need!
#4 PHOTOSHOOT
We will arrange a photoshoot of your farm and come out for a 4-hour shoot. Before the shoot, we will provide a list of items that we will want to get photos of, including anything necessary for your web store. After the shoot you will be provided a full catalog of photos for your use.
#5 WEBSITE DESIGN
We will purchase or transfer the URL for your farm’s website and design a custom site using your photos and content. Your branding and color palette will be applied. You will be allowed to view the site prior to launch and request up to two rounds of revisions throughout the site. Domain, hosting, and email (if desired) are all included in the monthly fee.
#6 WEB STORE SETUP
We will build your web store using your preferred method of sale. Items that you wish to sell to your customers will be set up, and we will build in shipping or pickup based on how you want your customers to receive their orders. We will work closely with you. As your store grows, we can make any updates to your site and store that may be necessary.
#7 SHARE & PROMOTE
We will create art for 2 ads per month for the social media platform of your choice so you can begin promoting your products to your customers online. You can educate your audience about your methods, whether you grass-raise and grass finish, no added hormones or antibiotics, forest raise, inter-species graze, or anything else you feel is helpful for your customers to know more about you. You have the freedom to connect directly with your audience.
You get ALL of this for $450.00 per month.
12-month commitment and monthly after that as long as you want. Your monthly retainer after the first year will cover updates to your store, site uptime monitoring, changes in photos and content, social media ads, and updated marketing materials for as long as you need.
