$400 deposit required. After the cow's hanging weight is determined, you will be notified of the final price and when the cow will be ready for pickup. Cuts will include steaks, ground, and roasts. The remaining balance will be due when you pick up the meat from the processor.

$3.50/lb based on hanging weight
$250 deposit required. After the cow's hanging weight is determined, you will be notified of the final price and when the cow will be ready for pickup. Cuts will include steaks, ground, and roasts. The remaining balance will be due when you pick up the meat from the processor.
